Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient with classical symptoms of sthaulya as mentioned in ayurvedic samhitas 2.Patient with BMI Ranging between 25 to 40 3.Patient Irrespective Of Gender 4.Religion and economic status No barrier

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.If Patient age less than 18 years and greater than 65 years 2.Having BMI Greater than 40 3.Pregnancy and lacting mother 4.Patient not willing for trial and giving written consent 5.Medicolegal cases patient on prolonged medications like corticosteriods NSAIDS ETC
