Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients between the age group of 18 to 65 years in either sex presenting with clinical features of Manyastambh (Cervical Spondylosis). 2.Prediagnosed patients of Manyastambh on the basis of clinical symptoms and valid investigations. 3.Patients presented with clinical symptoms with or without radiological changes. 4.Willing to participate and able to provide signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cervical fracture and dislocation of cervical vertebrae. 2.Post spinal surgical case. 3.Patients suffering from any acute diseases/ any infectious disease/ metabolic diseases. 4.Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension. 5.Pregnant or lactating women.
