Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group in between 18 60 years, Participants having classical signs and symptoms of prameha as per ayurvedic text, Participants of any gender, religion and socioeconomic status, HbA1C- from 6.5-9% , Participants already on Tablet Metformin 500 mg bd, Blood Sugar level Fasting - 150-250 Post Prandial - 250-450

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known case of type I diabetes mellitus. 2. Participants having other complicated systematic disorders like, diabetic ketoacidosis, nephropathy, heart disease etc. 3. Pregnant women and lactating mothers. 4. Participant on insulin or steroid treatment. 5.Gestational Diabetes.
