Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.women of age group 20-45year 2.clinical features of raktapradara with pain in lower abdomen 3.excessive bleeding during menses more than 3 fully soaked pads 4.prolonged menstrual bleeding more than 7 days 5.heavy bleeding for atleast 2 consecutive cycle 6.patient having endometrial hyperplasia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hb less than 8gm 2.Any systemic or autoimmune disorder that influence menstrual cycle 3.Intrauterine growth such as myomas or endometrial polyp 4.Case undergoing serious illness 5.malignancies of cervix and uterus 6.women using OCPs or IUCD 7.Patient having Coagulation disorder 8.Bleeding due to miscarriage or abortion 9.Patient suffering from STDs 10.Patient having Bulky uterus or Fibroid or PCOD
