Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects diagnosed with Sthoulya with BMI of 25 34.9 who fulfill the diagnostic criteria Subjects within the age group of 18 to 60 years irrespective of Gender Religion Socio economic status Subjects who are fit for Virechana karma and Udwartana

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects of Obesity with systemic disorders like Coronary heart disease Cerebro vascular disease uncontrolled Diabetes and uncontrolled Hypertension which interfere with the course of the treatment will be excluded Pregnant and lactating mothers
