Total 30ml 29 ml levobupivacaine plus 1ml normal saline
PEC 1 10ml between pectoralis major minor

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female patients who are willing with informed consent Age 25-65 years ASA grade 1 /2/3 Elective MRM surgeries under general anaesthesia. Duration of surgery 60-180 minutes
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unwilling to participate/Refusing to consent Contraindication to regional anaesthesia Coagulation disorders/ patients on anticoagulation drugs Neuromuscular disorders Allergy to study drugs Major systemic illnesses H/O psychiatric medication Infection at local site Emergency surgeries ASA 4/5 Inability to communicate or rate pain on scale.
