Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA physical status I, II, III 2.Posted for elective laparoscopic gynaecological surgeries 3.Patient willing to participate in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.pregnant women 2.Previous open abdominal or lung surgeries 3.known obstructive or restrictive lung disease 4.Pre existing neuromuscular disorders
