Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Lower urinary tract symptoms for more than 3 months Refractory or complex LUTS requiring Video urodynamic study Willing to undergo VUDS and follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Active urinary tract infection Pregnancy Severe comorbidity
