Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects must be college students aging 18-25 and have cervical and upper trapezius ache. Subjects with Restricted neck movements. Young adults involved in computer and mobile phones use for more than 5 hours per day. Duration of pain less than 1 month. Gender-males and females. Patient with mild (5-14) and moderate (15-24) neck disability index.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Traumatic neck injury. Recent Fracture of cervical vertebra. Cervical radiculopathy. Diagnosed case of disc prolapse. Spondylolisthesis of the cervical spine. Cervical instability. Benign/ malignant tumor over the neck region. Recent surgery in and around cervical and shoulder region during the previous 12 months.
