Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Good general and oral health 2.Presence of visible tooth discolouration 3.No history of tooth whitening in the past 6 months 4.Willingness to participate and sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women 2.Presence of active caries, gingivitis, or periodontal disease 3.Restorations, crowns, or veneers on anterior teeth 4.Intrinsic discoloration (e.g., tetracycline staining or fluorosis) 5.History of hypersensitivity to whitening agents 6.Use of tobacco or staining beverages during the study period
