Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Systemically Healthy patients Subjects with tooth missing in mandibular molar and premolar region Adequate interocclusal clearance Adequate mesiodistal space in edentulous area Patient reluctant for RPD and FPD Adequate mouth opening
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of smoking in past one year Compromised healing conditions i.e. uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, HIV infections, radiation therapy Bone disorders ( bone disease, hyperparathyroidism, osteoporosis, Paget s disease ) Patient with dental history of bruxism & parafunctional habits Pregnant and lactating women Patient under anticoagulant therapy
