Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Age 18 45 years -Both genders -Clinically diagnosed periorbital melanosis (grades 2 4 based on POM severity scale) -Fitzpatrick skin types III V
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Pregnancy or lactation -Active dermatitis or infection in the periorbital area -Use of depigmenting agents or peels in the last 3 months -History of keloid tendency or photosensitivity
