Intervention1: Immediate Skin to skin contact between mother & newborn: Immediately after birth, naked late preterm newborns in 3 Groups i.e. 1hour vs 2hours vs 3hours will be placed in prone position

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gestational age 7.82 months to 8.48 months Neonates cried immediately after birth undergoing routine care & hemodynamically stable. Parental consent obtained Neonates born by normal vaginal delivery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neonates with major congenital anomalies 2. Neonates requiring immediate resuscitation or surgery 3. Mothers unable/unwilling to participate
