Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Married women with a history of prolonged or normal vaginal delivery Women doing exertional works like cleaning the floor sitting in a squatting position Clinical diagnosis of first and second-degree uterine prolapse confirmed on pelvic examination Symptoms attributable to prolapse yoni srava discharge yoni prasarana descent or laxity of vaginal wall yoni shoola pain in genital area gurutva bhava heaviness in pelvic region Able to give written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Already taken treatment of uterine prolapse Yoga and Gym practitioner Known case of STD s Contraceptive practitioners Cervical nebothian cyst and vaginal cyst Procedentia and Third-degree Uterine prolapse Pregnant and lactating women during menstruation Current pregnancy or desire to conceive during the study period; positive urine pregnancy test at screening or lactating women Severe anemia Active pelvic infection Cervical erosion candidiasis cervicitis vaginitis requiring treatment or with skin lesion on the prolapsed mass or on the external or internal genitalia Known cervical or uterine malignancy Severe systemic disease or uncontrolled chronic illness uncontrolled diabetes severe cardiac disease recent pelvic surgery, or prolapse associated with severe tissue degeneration. Post menopausal atrophic changes
