Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Medical officers, Nurses and other healthcare staff in selected PHCs and CHCs. 2. ASHA workers, ambulance drivers and other healthcare staff involved in referral services of trauma patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Healthcare facility staff not involved in trauma and healthcare emergency services. 2. Healthcare staff on the verge of retirement within next 2 years.
