Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged between 18-49 years (according to WHO criteria for reproductive age). 2. Diagnosed with Episodic Migraine according to ICHD-3. 3. Regular menstrual cycles (24-38 days). 4. Written informed consent obtained prior to participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic migraine (more than 15 headache days per month). 2. Pregnancy or menopause. 3. Use of hormonal therapy or hormonal contraceptives. 4. Cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders impairing ability to consent or follow instructions. 5. Neurological disorders other than migraine and diagnosed sleep disorders. 6. Use of medications affecting sleep patterns or central nervous system.
