Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children diagnosed with spastic hemiplegic cerebral palsy age between 8 and 12 years modified Ashworth Scale (macs) score less than 3 gross Motor Function Classification System (gmfcs) level I II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: children with mixed or other types of cerebral palsy presence of uncontrolled epilepsy or seizure disorders severe rigidity or fixed deformities affecting the upper limb severe cognitive impairment limiting participation macs Level IV V
