Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.patient who are not under any form of physical exercises in last 3 months. 2.Patients willing to be registered for study with written consent. 3.Pain in the lumbar region. 4.Stiffness in the lumbar region. 5.Patients presenting with 2-3 symptoms of Lumbar Spondylosis, as mentioned in the diagnostic criteria above
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Subject having Spinal tumor, Tuberculosis, Malignant disease of the pelvis, fracture of spine Congenital or acquired skeletal deformity. 2.Any traumatic condition of spine. 3.Recent lumbar surgery or implanted instrumentation or prosthesis. 4.Pregnant and lactating women. 5.Having Chronic pathologies e.g. ankylosing spondylosis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, gouty arthritis or any other systemic illness. 6.Participants having psychiatric illness
