Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Between middle adulthood 45 to 54 years and older age 55 to 90 years Patient admitted in ICU less than 24 hours GCS scores ranging from 3-13 normal blood glucose Temperatures between normal limits

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with brain stem death Mortality before completion of the intervention
