Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status class I to III Both gender Age 18 to 65 years undergoing Temporal Lobe Epilepsy Surgery Patients or legally responsible relatives consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status class IV V Severe or uncompensated cardiovascular renal hepatic or endocrine disease Pregnancy postpartum lactating females Drug allergy to Propofol or Fentanyl Refusal to consent by patient or legally responsible relative Patients who are intubated and on mechanical ventilation Emergency surgery

To assess the effect of Inhalational Anesthetics and TIVA on Heart Rate Variability in temporal lobe epilepsy surgeries.Timepoint: 21 months for recruitment 3 months for data analysis and compilation.
