Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having at least 3 symptoms (Wheeze, Cough and Breathlessness) of Tamaka Shwasa. Night symptoms more than twice per month but less than once a week FEV 1 and FEV 1 or FVC below normal (less than 70%) Patients diagnosed with Bronchial Asthma for more than 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe complicated cases of Bronchial Asthma like status asthmaticus. Dyspnoea resulting from other diseases like left ventricular failure, COPD (Chronic bronchitis, Emphysema), upper respiratory tract obstruction, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung disease, pneumonia, tuberculosis, lung cancer, lung abscess and other such complicated conditions. Pregnant and lactating women. Patients having classical symptoms of Maha, Urdhwa, Chinna and Kshudrashwasa.
