Interventions

Intervention1: Group A: Drama Therapy plus Conventional Physiotherapy: Participants in Group A received conventional physiotherapy in addition to Drama Therapy. The intervention was implemented five
(2) script introduction and discussion by exploring the selected scenes and significance to participants experiences
(3) role assignment with opportunities for participants to choose the characters
(4) script rehearsal involving dialogue practice, emotional expression and character development
(5) scene enactment with participants performing for one another

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 60 years. 2. Both male and female older adults 3. Able to understand the commands. 4. Willing to participate in activity. 5. Participants scoring 5-11 on GDS (i.e mild to moderate depression). 6. Able to walk independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. psychiatric disorders. 2. Severe sensory deficits (e.g. blindness or profound deafness) affecting participation. 3. Are bedridden or have severe mobility limitations.
