Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: who rode a motorcycle for at least 1 hour daily with a minimum of 1 year of regular riding experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants were excluded if they had a history of major lower limb, hip, or spine surgery within the last 5 years, diagnosed pre-existing neurological or inflammatory systemic disorders, pain confirmed to be of non-mechanical origin were currently pregnant or within 6 months postpartum, or were involved in professional competitive sports or heavy strength training
