Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects who fulfil the diagnostic criteria. 2.Subjects between the age group of 18 to 60 year irrespective of gender. 3.Subjects who are willing to sign the consent form of the present study. 4.Subjects having chronicity below 5 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Skin Lesions: Patients with skin conditions other than Vipadika, including palmo-plantar eczema, contact dermatitis, palmoplantar keratoderma, tinea pedis, and lichen planus. 2.Immunocompromised Patients: Individuals with compromised immune systems, such as those who are HIV positive or HBsAg positive. 3.Uncontrolled Chronic Conditions: Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (DM) or hypertension (HTN). 4.Medication Use: Individuals currently receiving treatment with steroids, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy. 5.Severe Disorders: Patients with significant health issues, including liver, renal, or cardiac disorders. 6.Pregnancy and Lactation 7.SLE, Accidental injury
