Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Females having emotional disturbance during the menstrual cycle 2.Regular menstrual cycle, which comes in an interval of 21 to 35 days 3.Self-reported impairment of occupational, family or personal functioning 4.Participants fulfilling ACOG Diagnosing criteria of Premenstrual Syndrome
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants suffering from Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension 2.Pregnant ladies and lactating mother 3.Participants undergoing prolonged medication for various systemic illnesses. 4.Participants with concurrent use of hormones, oral contraceptives pills, calcium and vitamin supplements. 5.Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) 6.Endometriosis 7.Uterine fibroids with severe symptoms 8.Thyroid disorders (hypo- or hyperthyroidism)

| By observing the relation between Deha Prakriti and premenstrual syndrome, healthcare professionals can create targeted approaches to prevent and manage the condition, enhancing the overall well-being of those affected. The study is expected to demonstrate a statistically significant association between Deha Prakriti and the prevalence and severity of Premenstrual Syndrome.
