Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 women of age group 16-45 years married and unmarried. 2 Females having complaint of excessive/irregular/intermenstrual bleeding P/V either in amount or duration or both from two consecutive cycle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient having any uterine organic pathology (which distorted the endometrial cavity) 2 Patient having systemic disease like Tuberculosis, Blood coagulopathies. 3 Patient having hemoglobin less than 8 gm per dl. 4 Women of Postmenopausal bleeding, postpartum females 5 Patient having history of recent Abortion. 6 Patient using Oral contraceptive pills, Intrauterine contraceptive device.
