Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Competitive players b) Minimum 1 year of exeprience of playing c) Age between 18 25 years. d) Individuals Not engaged in other sports e) Both Male and female f) The MAAS score should be 1 2 Very low mindfulness (high mind-wandering)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Players with recent musculoskeletal injury of the lower limb or spine in the last 6 months. b) History of neurological disorders affecting balance or coordination. c) Participants with cardiovascular or systemic conditions restricting physical exercise.
