Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elderly individuals aged 60 years and above. Gender: Both male and female participants. Cognitive ability: Participants who can understand and follow verbal commands. Muscle strength: Baseline upper and lower limb muscle strength of grade 3+ on the Manual Muscle Testing (MMT) scale to enable active participation in exercises. Balance ability: Participants with adequate static and dynamic balance as assessed by the Timed Up and Go (TUG) Test less than or equal 20 seconds. Lower limb mobility: Participants demonstrating sufficient functional mobility based on: Five Times Sit-to-Stand test (5xSTS) Test less than or equal15seconds.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe cognitive impairment or dementia. Currently bed-bound or requiring full assistance for all mobility (unable to safely participate in the ball sessions). Unstable or acute medical conditions (recent myocardial infarction, uncontrolled hypertension, diabetic neuropathy , unstable angina, uncontrolled respiratory disease) that pose safety risks. Recent major surgery or acute musculoskeletal injury that limits participation in physical activity.
