Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years or older. 2. Patients with clinically diagnosed Thyroid Eye Disease (TED). 3. Willing and able to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of significant ocular surface disorders unrelated to TED that may independently influence ocular surface status, such as Stevens Johnson syndrome, ocular cicatricial pemphigoid, severe chemical injury, or limbal stem cell deficiency, 2.History of ocular surgery or significant ocular trauma within the previous 6 months.

| To assess the severity of ocular surface dysfunction using standardized diagnostic tools recommended by The Tear Film& Ocular Society (TFOS) Dry Eye Workshop(DEWS)III such as Schirmer s test, Tear Break-Up Time (TBUT), corneal fluorescein staining, conjunctival Lissamine Green staining & the Ocular Surface Disease Index (OSDI) questionnaire etc.Timepoint: Single point assessment at base line;To evaluate the association between ocular surface dysfunction & the clinical activity as well as severity of Thyroid Eye Disease using parameters such as Clinical Activity Score (CAS), degree of proptosis, & eyelid retractionTimepoint: Single point assessment at baseline;To identify clinical & demographic factors associated with ocular surface dysfunction in patients with Thyroid Eye Disease, including duration of disease, smoking status, & thyroid status.
