Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age more than 18 years 2.Diagnosed liver cirrhosis 3.Both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hepatocellular carcinoma 2.Acute liver failure 3.Severe renal disease 4.Patients on lipid lowering drugs

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Integrated biomarkers will show better correlation with disease severity than MELD score.Timepoint: Assessment will be done at weekly and overall assessment will be done in two years
