Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 6 to 10 years requiring maxillary alginate impressions Gagging Severity Index grades III to V Without prior exposure to laser therapy were included in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with systemic illness or special healthcare needs Children with ocular contraindications to laser exposure Known allergy to alginate impression material Children receiving pharmacological anxiolytic or antiemetic medication
