Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants willing and able to participate in study.2. Participants irrespective of gender, caste, religion, occupation. 3. Participants regularly engaging in minimum half hour of daily physical exercise for over 6 months or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant and lactating women.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of Dhatusamyata in individuals performing regular Vyayama using a validated scale (HS-19), to evaluate the state of tissue equilibrium and overall health status.Timepoint: Baseline

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The study will assess adherence to Ahara Vidhi among participants using a validated questionnaire based on classical Ayurvedic dietary principles. A comparative evaluation of Dhatusamyata will be carried out between individuals following & not following Ahara Vidhi to determine its impact on tissue equilibrium. Further, the association between Ahara Vidhi, Vyayama, & Dhatusamyata will be analyzed using appropriate statistical methods to elucidate their role in the attainment & maintenance of Dhatusamyata (Swasthya).Timepoint: Baseline
