Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged 60 to 75 years (Geriatric Population). 2. Subjects fulfilling the diagnostic criteria will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects on long-term sleep medication or psychiatric drugs like benzodiazepines, Sedatives-Hypnotics. 2. Diagnosed cases of uncontrolled systemic diseases (e.g., cardiac failure, liver cirrhosis etc).
