Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: TSH range from 4.5 to 10.0 U/mL The subject is able and willing to provide consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with HbA1C more than 8.5 percent, Blood pressure more than 180 by 100 mmHg, Chronic kidney disease, Chronic liver failure and Psychiatric disorders. Patient with a known history of Hashimoto s thyroiditis or any major organ failure or malignancies. Patients with expected pregnancy or breastfeeding
