Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient age between 20 - 60 years 2 Subject with a clinical diagnosis of Primary Frozen Shoulder 3 Patient deemed fit for Agni Karma 4 Diabetic individual whose Fasting Plasma Glucose less than 140mg per dL And Postprandial Plasma Glucose less than 250mg per dL
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Subjects with a history of fracture or dislocation of the shoulder joint 2 Subjects diagnosed with Secondary Frozen Shoulder Disorder 3 Patients who do not cooperate for Agnikarma 4 Subjects suffering from any other systemic disorders 5 Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus with diabetic neuropathy 6 Pregnant women 7 Patients with known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the study medications
