Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthcare providers (doctors & paramedical staff) currently working in the tertiary care center. 2.Those involved in insulin prescription, dispensing, or administration. 3.Those willing to participate and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Healthcare providers on leave during the study period. 2.Those unwilling to participate.
