Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Retired transport workers aged 60 years and above residing in Vellore district. Individuals reporting sleep disturbances and willing to participate in the study. Participants able to understand study instructions and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with severe neurological disorders severe psychiatric illness severe cognitive impairment unstable medical conditions, those currently participating in another intervention study. Female participants were excluded.
