Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pre-Diagnosed Ardhavabhedaka patients fulfilling modern diagnostic criteria and having Bhedavat todvath shula, Ardha shira Pradesh shula with either bhru shula or Manya shula or Lalata shula or karna shula or akshi shula

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age less than 18 years and more than 50 years. 2.Pregnant females. 3.Other types of shirashoola such as Vataja,Pittaja,Kaphaja shirshoola,Anantavata, Suryavarta,Dushta pratishaya, Peenas etc, will be excluded. 4.Referred pain in either half of head due to disorders of eye,ear,nose,throat,teeth etc,will be excluded. 5.Patients with previous diagnosis of sinusitis,brain tumourand refractive errors. 6.Any other systematicsisorders which interfere with course of study will be excluded.
