Intervention1: Group 2- 3.8% Silver diamine fluoride: Commercially available 38% Silver diamine fluoride will be diluted to 3.8% Silver diamine fluoride freshly prepared and will be placed as medicine

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy children (ASA I score), both male and female, aged between 4 to 7 years, with a behaviour rating of 3 or 4 according to the Frankl scale. Mandibular primary molars with necrotic/ non vital pulp, having at least two thirds of root length with no evidence of pathological root resorption. Teeth with restorable crowns.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with systemic illness or special healthcare needs. Presence of any abscess, sinus or fistula. Teeth with developmental defects or pathological mobility. Patients who have the history of antibiotic course for at least 1 week before the study. Children with a known history of allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the study medicaments or their components (silver, fluoride, antibiotics, or herbal preparations).
