Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescence girls between the age of 10-19 years Written informed assent from the adolescent and consent from parents/guardians for minors Present on the day of data collection and willing to participate Able to understand the survey language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Girls already undergoing treatment for iron deficiency anaemia or other haematological disorders Children not accompanied by parents or reliable caregivers were excluded Psychiatric disordered participants with cognitive impairment
