Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients requiring radial artery cannulation as part of ICU management. 2. Hemodynamically stable patients at the time of Doppler assessment. 3. Informed consent obtained from patient or legally authorized representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing peripheral vascular disease affecting the upper limb. 2. History of radial artery cannulation in the same limb within the preceding 7 days. 3. Abnormal Allen s test. 4. Local infection, trauma, or deformity at the cannulation site. 5. Patients with vasculitis or known arterial thrombosis. 6. Poor ultrasound window precluding Doppler assessment.
