Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Fasting Plasma Glucose more than 126 2.Plasma Glucose more than 200 3.HbA1c more than 6.5 4.Subjects of the age group between 30-60 years, irrespective of caste, religion, gender, and fulfilling the diagnostic criteria, will be selected. 5.Diagnosed case of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus within 5 years of onset.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. 2.Subjects under Insulin therapy. 3.Newly diagnosed cases of Diabetes who are not under any medication. 4.Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with severe complications such as Diabetic Nephropathy, Diabetic Neuropathy, and Diabetic Retinopathy. 5.Pregnant and Lactating women. 6.Fasting Plasma Glucose more than 200 7.Plasma Glucose in a random sample is more than 350 8.HbA1c more than 10
