Inclusion criteria: `1 Male participants 2 Age above 18 and below 28 3 Competitive basketball players 4 National level players 5 Chronic ankle instability

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Recent fracture 2 Recent musculoskeletal injury 3 Co-morbidities 4 Neurological deficit 5 Any relevant pathology
