Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients who will give informed written consent for study 2 Patients having regular menstrual cycle 3 Patients having sign and symptoms of Kashtartava such as Sakashta rajstrava, Adhoudar shoola, Prasek, Chhardi, Daurbalya and Shirshool

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 K/C/O any significant chronic illness 2 K/C/O congenital anomalies leading to Kashtartava 3 K/C/O uterine fibroid, endometrial polyp, Adenomyosis, endometriosis 4 K/C/O pelvic inflammatory diseases
