Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 40 to 70 years Duration of stroke Above 3 months sub-acute Burnnstrom stage Stage 4 and above Ability to stand independently without assistive device Mini Mental State Examination MMSE score above 24

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cognitive impairment or aphasia preventing understanding of instructions Severe spasticity (Modified Ashworth Scale above Grade 3) Burnnstrom stage : Below stage 3 Unstable cardiovascular conditions Severe musculoskeletal disorders affecting lower limbs Visual or vestibular impairments affecting balance Other neurological disorders
