Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients of age between 45 and 6o years 2 Amenorrhoea for more than or equal to 12 consecutive months 3 Modified Kupermann menopausal index score more than or equal to 15 4 Patient with the history of menstrual irregularities in perimenopausal period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with bleeding p/v in the postmenopausal period. 2 Patients with cardiovascular disease,endocrinal disorders like hypo and hyperthyroidism. 3 Patients with prolonged medication like corticosteroids,anti depressant,HRT and any other drug which may jeoparadize the study.

The proportion of patients showing improvements in the level of serum estradiol post ayurvedic intervention.Timepoint: 12 weeks
