Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 years and 60 years. Patients undergoing caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia with a 25 G Quicke needle. American society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I, II and III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with known history of drug allergy to bupivacaine. Patients with a history of chronic daily headaches Patients in whom spinal anesthesia is contraindicated
