Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient presenting with pathology related to liver, biliary systems or a combination of these problem either malignant or benign disease ASA Grade I II or III Patients who are able to understand and follow the necessities of the program and to offer a consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency Surgery ASA Grade IV Age less than 18 years
