Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male football players aged 18 to 35 years. Professional or semi-professional football players. Players having minimum 2 years of regular football playing experience. Players with history of previous musculoskeletal injury and fully recovered at the time of enrolment. Players who are currently injury-free. Players willing to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with current musculoskeletal injury. Players with history of major surgery within the last 6 months. Players with neurological disorders affecting sports performance. Players with systemic disorders affecting exercise participation or sports performance. Players who are unwilling to participate in the study. Players who are unwilling to provide written informed consent.
