Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergraduate physiotherapy students aged 18 years to 25 years Both Males and Females Students with complain of chronic Neck pain Students currently enrolled at Mahatma Gandhi Physiotherapy College Jaipur Students willing to participate and provide written informed consent Students who carry a backpack and uses smartphones Students are not currently undergoing any postural correction or physiotherapy treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students with spinal deformities eg scoliosis kyphosis Recent trauma or surgery involving the cervical or Thoracic spine Neurological or balance disorders Vestibular or visual impairments Currently undergoing physiotherapy or postural rehabilitation
